Cancellation Policy

• The customer may discontinue a specific service within 7 days after signing the service agreement by asking us to do so.
• No cancellation is possible on festivals, holidays, and non-working days such as Independence Day, Diwali, Holi, Christmas, New Year, and Weekends. As these are limited-edition specials, no returns are available.
• The fee will not be returned in any situation, even if the cancellation is made within 12 hours.
• Datanet Hosting Solutions will not accept cancellation requests for services such as domain name registration or domain name transfer under any circumstances.
• The service will be stopped if the next payment is not made within 7 working days.
