At Datanet Hosting Solutions(DNH) Pvt Ltd, we are confident in our services and e-business solutions. We leave no stone unturned in ensuring that our valued clients receive prompt, dependable, and impeccable service every time we do business with them. All the services listed on the DNH website are provided to clients following a thorough project analysis and the creation of a comprehensive scope document. It almost eliminates the risk of project cancellation, reversal, or disagreement by ensuring complete knowledge of the task. However, any refunds and service cancellations are subject to a set of terms

Cancellation Policy

• The customer may discontinue a specific service within 7 days after signing the service agreement by asking us to do so.
• No cancellation is possible on festivals, holidays, and non-working days such as Independence Day, Diwali, Holi, Christmas, New Year, and Weekends. As these are limited-edition specials, no returns are available.
• The fee will not be returned in any situation, even if the cancellation is made within 12 hours.
• Datanet Hosting Solutions will not accept cancellation requests for services such as domain name registration or domain name transfer under any circumstances.
• The service will be stopped if the next payment is not made within 7 working days.

Refund Policy

• Every service we provide has a varied path to completion from beginning to conclusion, hence, our refund policy varies from one service to the next.
• Every campaign phase necessitates the use of a certain set of resources. As a result, no refunds will be given for work that has already been done.
• There are no refunds available for administrative fees or installation expenses.
• Fee refunds do not include taxes paid on services provided by regulatory authorities.
• There will be no refund in case your service is discontinued due to the violation of the rules indicated in our Terms & Conditions section.
• There are no refunds for services scheduled for same-day delivery.
• Datanet Hosting Solutions is not bound to provide a refund if a delay or service disruption occurs due to the engagement of a third party.
